Lots Going On...

First things first is that the November Doll Sale is coming up November 7th.  Those that entered the Peoples' Choice Event will already be on the page.  Anyone else that would like to be a part of this event have until November 1st to contact me to have your doll added.

As I say, you can't sell your artwork unless you get seen and this is just another opportunity that the IADR offers it's members through such events.

Mark your calendar as the Year End Juried Show is now open with the Deadline of Dec 31st for entries.  To be able to enter this juried event you must be an IADR member and have participated in at least one of this years jury shows or in the Peoples' Choice Event to qualify and compete for Best Artist of the Year, Best Doll of the Year, Rising Star of the Year, and Master of Year 2024!

A new creation is not required for this event but the doll artwork must have been made in 2024.  For more explanation of the requirements go to:

Update on getting the word out about the 2025 IADR Art Doll Convention in Florence, Italy on May 15-17, 2025.  We started with our FREE issue of the IADR Art Doll Convention Guide being published.

This issue is also available in Italian too.  Please help get the word out by sharing the link or information to everyone!  In the meantime, the IADR has articles scheduled to appear in two other doll magazines (other than ours) and in a third doll magazine by being listed on their Events Calendar (with more places to follow).

This week the IADR also shared the magazine links with at least eight (8) other doll groups on Facebook.

But social media, being what it is, the more that share, like, or comment on any of the posts helps boost the reach.  Meaning the more members that pitch in to get the word out, the better the reach.  Let's make this event happen.
