For the End of Year competition, the awards will be Best Artist of the Year, Best Doll of the Year, and Rising Star of the Year. An artist may only win the Rising Star of the Year competition once, all other categories artists may enter each year. Artists will submit three (3) dolls with at least one (1) doll having been judged in one of the prior IADR events of the year. A new doll may be created as part of the three dolls submitted for this competition but is not required. There will be an award opportunity for each of the three competition areas when meeting the competition requirement.
- Entry is free and only available to current IADR members.
- Each artist is allowed to enter all three of the available categories but if selected for one of the three categories, is only allowed to win one category and their entries for other categories will be removed.
- The dolls must have been created not more than one year ago.

If entering only Best Doll of the Year, then only one photograph of each doll is required (you may enter up to three dolls). Each doll must include a best view photograph. The photos don't have to be resized and can be entered in any size, as a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png but the total of all photos must be 10 MB or smaller.

When entering, please use the form below. The information required is the artist's full name, artist's e-mail, which category entering, each doll's information to include the IADR registry number, and the required photos of each doll.
Preparing the photos of the doll: The photos must be taken in front of a neutral background so there are no distractions from the doll and so that the judges can see the doll properly. Any excess should be cropped from the photos so the doll is the only focus. No watermarks, studio names, or artist information can be placed on the photos.
