Born for You
This latest work of mine is dedicated to Luca Trapanese and his little Alba!
For those unfamiliar with the story of Luca and Alba, here are two lines taken from the book "Born for you": Alba has Down syndrome and was left in the hospital as soon as she was born. Thirty families refused her before the court decided to entrust her to Luca Trapanese. Gay, practicing Catholic, engaged in social work: with him the register of custody envisaged by law for singles was inaugurated. But Luca is not scared. He has fought many battles, he knows pain and has learned to transform it, breaking down walls and building spaces of solidarity. His is not a charitable gesture: he simply wants a family...
