Ylva
Ylva is an experienced gossip and very interested in the latest scandals and society secrets. She is of course an excellent dancer and enjoys to be the centre of attention. Ylva is crocheted by me with an aluminium wire skeleton so she is poseable.
Clothes details: Clothes are made with scraps and various items in my stash, and all are handmade and handsewn by me. I took inspiration in Edwardian fashion with a festive angle and a lil touch of Victorian bustle style for the skirt. The fan is made using some scraps of metal bobbin lace trim from traditional dress, and it was reinforced with wire to prevent coming apart. Hair: The hair is made with wool leftovers from weaving, and she has white details made with fuzzy synthetic yarn in crocheted chains. Embroidered nose and plastic safety eyes. Crocheted in crochet cotton.
