Carved from one block of wood, she carries a cradle board with her papoose inside. She wears traditional replicated two hide leather dress that is very ornate - typical of Cheyenne Peoples. She is complete with headband, knife, possibles bag and elk tooth ornaments. A true work of art, this doll is a one of a kind, signed and numbered.
My People: are carved by hand with only a small knife, so they may receive their spirit as each one emerges from the wood. These dolls are collected internationally and are part of the permanent collection at Standing Bear Indian Museum, Ponca City OK.
