Zorya Polunochnaya
The final doll of the Goddesses 2024 Series, is Zorya Polunochnaya. She is the third of the sister goddesses, who are charged with the Sun's care. Polunochnaya is the secret lover, and is thus rarely mentioned. She is also called the midnight star.
My pretty Polly is an introverted gal. She likes pretty dresses and fun, yet prefers a quiet, secretive life, with her loyal love. As the winter solstice is a special time for them, our girl has been quite busy, and thus, has only now in early January, 2025, been released.
Zorya Polunochnaya is formed internally from wire and softer fills. Her face is embroidered on cotton skin, as is her Merino wool and silk hair. Zorya Polunochnaya wears a dress sewn from an original design, made of cotton, with a black net overrobe. Both layers are covered with metallic silver stars, and feature full skirts.
She wears a brass key around her neck, a moon ring on her finger, and a brass tag in the back, which identifies her as #12 in the series. She is a one of a kind, original, handmade, large doll, measuring 35"H x 18"D x 20"W.
