Busking singer girl
I love music and street performers so much, that I wanted to represent her, my “Busking singer girl”, who sits on the sidewalk, plays the guitar and sings “What's Up?” by the band “4 Non Blondes”. In my imagination she has just graduated from the music academy and likes to sing among the people who applaud her performance and dance to her music.
My “Busking singer girl” is sculpted in polymer clay on a wire armature without the use of any mold. Her skin is painted with genesis oil colors and properly sealed. She has brown Tibetan wool hair and closed eyes, framed by false eyelashes applied one by one. Her skirt is made of fabric. The guitar is made of wood, also handmade by me. It is made of oak and linden wood, painted on the side with acrylic colors and polished with shellac. My “Busking singer girl” is about 11 " (28 cm) tall.
