Gaia's Relief by Adelaide Santini
Drought is one of the problems due to climate change, a subject of great concern in this historical moment. With Gaia I would like to convey Mother Earth's relief. I represented her as she arches toward the sky and raises her hands in a welcoming gesture toward the rain, a very blessing for the Earth, after long months of drought.

Becoming Pinocchio by Federica Furci
This is an ooak, doll unique in its kind, totally handmade in polymer clay by me. The name of the opera is "BECOMING PINOCCHIO" and is my doll number 227. TOP 100 IN THE DAILY DOLL! describes the moment in which the piece of wood becomes a talking and thinking puppet Geppetto has a white and grey bamboo straight hair. My work tell how a piece of wood is becoming Pinocchio, taken from the homonymous tale by Collodi.

Autumn Leaves by Cherie Davidson
My Pumpkinhead character is my version of a scarecrow, which, of course, means bib overalls and a carved pumpkin head. But this fellow is not the scary sort...his best buddies are the local crows, and he adores his neighbors.

Frostine by Jerry Knegtel
When I was a little girl, each winter, when frost had covered the grass and trees, my mother told me a story. She told me about a little fairy, who had a magic paintbrush and a basket of never-ending frost crystals. With this, she covered the whole forest, and all the land, in a mesmerizing, sparkling-white frost layer. But all this exhausting work made her so tired, that she fell asleep. And this is why sometimes, in between this blinding, glimmering white, there were still some patches of green to be seen. So whenever you find yourself gazing upon the unfinished work of Frostine, look around, you might just find her fast asleep, on a branch high up in a tree. Sleep tight Frostine.

Ella, Christmas elf by Diana Noch
I needed another doll for my shelf. I have Santa and an elf so I did Ella my elf girl. I wanted her toes to show so one sock is cut at the toes. I believe she was in such a hurry to get to the toy shop with her cool painting idea she tugged too hard and just said "got to paint now!"
