Open-to-the-Public Exhibit/Sales Tables

The 2026 IADR Convention in Florence, Italy will include two days of open-to-the-public exhibit/sales tables with free public admission. Registered guests to the convention receive the option of operating one sales table for the IADR Convention. A 250 Euro fee for non-registered attendees is required to have an exhibit/sales table during the convention. IADR reserves the right to refuse any sales table applications for items not related to the convention or One-Of-A-Kind dolls or doll related items. To Make A Sales Table Payment

* You will be be automatically redirected to our purchasing site at www.misplacedolls.com to complete your registration. All fees will be converted from Euro to US Dollar at the purchasing site.

Exhibit/sales tables will be 30-inches wide by 8 feet in length. They will have a red tablecloth that drapes to cover the front of the table. More than one artist's work can be displayed on your exhibit/sales table. We understand that to fill an 8-foot table requires a number of dolls and/or products and we encourage you to have several different priced items available to the public, but remember, IADR reserves the right to refuse any sales table applications for items not related to the convention or One-Of-A-Kind dolls or doll related items. Initial setup of the exhibit hall and tables will open on Friday, May 8, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The option to open your table from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM for the advance showing is available for the Friday evening events. The Exhibit/Sales area will be open to the public on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday, May 10, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The take-down time will start at 5:00 PM on Sunday evening. The sales room will be locked after hours upon closing and will reopen again for access at 7:00 AM on Saturday morning and 9:00 AM on Sunday morning.

Registered convention guest receive the option of providing a sales table without an additional fee. Non-registered guests are required to pay a fee of 250 Euro for the two days the sales tables will be open to the public during the convention.

I understand that the IADR retains the right to refuse any submissions that do not relate to One-of-a-kind (OOAK) dolls or doll related products. By submitting my request to offer a sales table at the 2026 IADR Convention, I understand that my information will be distributed in all convention advertising to include the IADR website and IADR Magazine. The IADR has not guaranteed the number of registered attendees for the 2026 IADR Convention.
