Convention Registration Information
Attendance at the IADR Convention has several options. Convention registration is not required for individuals to attend the workshops of their choice, but those who register receive additional benefits.
Convention Registration fee is:
- 325 Euro if registered after January 1st and before March 1, 2025
- 350 Euro if registered starting March 1, 2025 until the convention start date of May 15, 2025
The convention registration fee includes:
- Convention attendance
- Registration information & greeting packet
- Attendance at any of the free workshops
- One doll entry submission for the juried show competition
- One Banquet Dinner meal (includes drink) featuring Guest Speaker Mark Dennis and Jury Show Awards
- Eligibility to receive the convention reduced guest room rate when booking your hotel reservation (Available up to a certain date)
- Opportunity to receive the Guest Speaker gift (Catch of the Day) which is limited to only registered attendees
- The option to conduct a workshop during the convention and/or provide a doll sales table during the convention

Special Speaker’s Gift
Every registered convention attendee who registers prior to January 1, 2025 will receive three entries (3) for the drawing to be held for the Speaker’s Gift at the Friday (May 16th) Banquet and Juried Show Awards Presentation.
Those registering for the convention between January 1 to February 28, 2025 will receive two entries (2) and those registering starting March 1, 2025 will receive one entry (1). |

Guest Speaker Banquet and Juried Show Awards Dinner
The IADR Banquet to be held on Friday evening (May 16th) will be a buffet dinner (drinks included) at the Ristorante Bernini located in the convention site hotel. Those registered with the convention receive one ticket. Additional banquet tickets for family members, guests, or those wishing to attend the dinner may be purchased at a price of 75 euros. Workshops
Workshops with a fee are not included in the conference registration fee and will be at an extra cost. Individual workshop registration options are available (see button below for Available Convention Workshops).
Those workshop instructors that pay the registration for the 2025 IADR Convention will be provided the workshop space.
Non-registered convention instructors are required to pay a 125 Euro fee for the conference room space. This fee can be paid at - (please click here).

Juried Show Entry
Registered guests to the convention receive one doll entry for the IADR Juried Show competition. A 30 Euro entry fee for non-registered attendees is required to compete for the prizes in the juried show (see button below for Convention Juried Show Information).
Hosting a Sales Table
Registered guests to the convention receive the option of operating one sales table for the IADR Juried Show competition.
Non-registered attendees who are wanting a sales table are required to pay a 275 Euro fee during the two days of open-to-the-public sales. This fee can be paid at - (please click here). IADR retains the right to deny a sales table for items not related to the convention or One-Of-A-Kind dolls. (see button below for Convention Sales Tables Information)

Cancellations
Requesting the cancellation of a convention registration after payment OR if requesting the cancellation of attending a workshop after payment - the following policy applies for requests made:
- prior to January 1, 2025 - a 90% refund
- between January 1, 2025 to February 28, 2025 - an 80% refund
- between March 1, 2025 to April 1, 2025 - a 70% refund
- after April 1, 2025 - no refund will be issued
In the event of a cancellation of a workshop by the instructor, registered students will receive a full refund of the workshop fee. Cancellation requests are to be made at [email protected].
