The International Art Doll Registry (IADR) is a quarterly electronic publication (suitable for printing) that is free to the IADR membership and at a nominal price ($5.00 USD) per issue to non-members. The magazine is available for downloads immediately upon publishing to the website 24-hours-a-day.
The IADR is a world group of like-minded artists who create one-of-a-kind figurative art in various mediums. In that endeavor, we choose to support one another through continuing education and the promotion of our art. The IADR was formed over 15 years ago to create a one-of-a kind art doll registry currently with over 9,000 registrations to aid in the copyright protection of original artwork. The IADR Art Doll Magazine is currently distributed to our members in over 11 countries with notices of the most recent publication availability posted to over 3,000 followers in our social media sites on Facebook, Bluesky, X (formerly Twitter), Youtube, and Instagram.
Each edition includes doll artist interviews, photos of one-of-a-kind art dolls, tutorials, events and shows promoting doll making, and thought-provoking articles in a PDF format. Links to outside advertisements, internal page links, and contact options are all hyperlinked to supply the reader the most convenient ways to navigate to articles or websites. The magazine is distributed both in English and in Italian. If a jpeg or bmp image is submitted, the submitter is responsible for any translations desired in the advertisement prior to submission (for example: If the advertiser wants a jpeg ad in Italian – then the ad they submit would need to be in Italian. If the advertiser wants to submit one version of the advertisement in English and one in Italian for the Italian version of the IADR magazine, we will place the Italian version of the advertisement into the Italian IADR Magazine at no extra charge in the same location of the magazine.) If a custom ad layout/creation is requested, our staff will create both the English and Italian versions as part of the package.
