Registered EXHIBITOR guests to the convention (who are also IADR members) receive the option of exhibiting their dolls at the 90th MIDA Fair from April 25, 2026 through May 3, 2026. The IADR has reserved a booth for this event which also includes one-year of advertising on the MIDA website. IADR members who participate will receive free admission for the days they are present at the booth and an opportunity to have their dolls seen by the over 60,000 visitors who attend the MIDA Fair. IADR will be paying the fees to have the booth, insurance, and the advertising. Each member who participates agrees that for any doll purchases that occur at the booth, a small fee will be paid to the IADR. The fee will be based on if the IADR is processing the payment of the purchase (transaction fees and/or conversion) or if the IADR member is present to process the purchase. The IADR member can work one day or all nine days. Dolls that are at the booth on the last day of the MIDA Fair will be packaged and taken to the IADR Convention site for the owner to retrieve no later than Friday evening, May 8th, 2026.
